This cube design has 3 decks for outstanding views, a large pool and plenty fun. A carport keeps the car dry and each floor has a purpose. The main floor has the livingroom with a 1/2 bath. The 2nd floor is the kitchen with a sitting area and a 1/2 bath. The 3rd floor is the bedroom with a full bath, and the 4th floor is the game/exercise room. This floor could also be converted into bedrooms with bathrooms. The cool sleek design lends itself to the swinging single or newly married couple.
