Shabby chic Victorian duplex in need of a Sim who loves to decorate! This unfurnished cottage has a small country garden and veranda, plus kitchen, dining, living room and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs is a bedroom, landing, spare room and balcony.

I made this world on Sweetwater Loop in the world Twinbrook - it can be placed anywhere though.

It is an unfurnished lot as the lot size was huge after furnishing vintage style. If you would like some ideas on how to furnish, have a look at my blog (http://simsrox.tumblr.com/) to see how I furnished it, and get some added tips on decorating in this style.
