Created for: The Sims 3

This is a contemporary house featuring three bedrooms, each having its own private bathrooms. Another bedroom can be found in the first floor, which is intended for a butler or another spare room or can be completely renovated into a different room. In most parts of the house, your Sim can get a magnificent view from the tall windows. The open floor plan of the house allows your Sim to accommodate visitors no matter where they are. A deck including a dining room can be found at the back where your Sims can eat in during summer. There is also a much bigger balcony out front where your Sims can battle at chess or simply bask in the sun.
