A luxurious apartment, containing: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen / dining room, large sitting room, office, 2 balconies, as well as a separate garage. The building itself contains three other apartments, as well as some social space outside. It has a staircase and elevator access.
-- IMPORTANT --
The elevator at the top level is fully functional, sims however will only use it when leaving their apartment. For some reason game's path finding thinks it's faster to get off the elevator floor below the apartment and go upstairs from there. It is strictly a game issue and there's nothing I can do about it.

I hope you enjoy the project. It has come a long way since its first version, which was a wooden themed apartment in a standard Late Night highrise shell. Later I decided to build a new structure around the existing apartment, which improved the overall view of the lot... a lot.
