Oh, wow! So, I just finished building a wedding venue on the beach in Tartosa... yes, finished just in time to tear it down and install this. [hides face and chuckles]. This is amazing (lol, I'm so enraptured I just tried to right-click and spin the photo!) and with all the open outdoor space on the first floor, it will still make a fantastic wedding venue. That third-floor pergola is gasp-worthy; maybe that will be the photo spot with the columns and sea as a backdrop. I do love this as a home, too, especially on the little island. You make a limited inventory of exterior architectural elements look like it was all designed just for this house. I appreciate your ingenuity and sense of style. You make building look effortless!
