kleinelilly you should unzip the downloaded file, than place the files here: My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray. After that you should be able to find the lot in your personal Gallery in the game. The personal gallery can be opened in the game in the map view, the icon is in the upper right menu, it looks like two polaroid pictures. I hope I could help! \:\)
