This is a modern house with an interesting architecture: a bridge on the second floor, above the swimming pool, that connects both wings. In the space between them, there's an open dining and living terrace, accessible from both wings through sliding doors.
In the courtyard there's a small space for plants.
When you first walk in to the house, you find yourself in the colorful living room, accented with yellow; bathroom to the right, stairs to the left. A room divider separates the living and dining rooms. On the other side of the divider, there's a small working area. After it the dining area, then the small kitchen, which features a nook for eating and/or working. Another set of stairs, as well as another living room, this one with a fireplace a reading corner, and a door leading outside.
Upstairs, on one wing, there's the master bedroom, private bathroom and a balcony, left unfurnished. Door in the bathroom leads to the bridge that connects both wings. On the other wing, there are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one balcony.
The house is furnished and landscaped, fully tested and ready to play.
