To everyone trying to figure out how to place these lots, you extract the download files into your Tray folder, place any mods or cc associated with the build into your Mod folder, then launch the game, and open the gallery. Tick the box that says "allow custom content" or something to that effect under the 'advanced' section, and all of the lots and sims you've added should show up there.
