flowergirl1011, just like pretty much every other comment on here....... you didn't download the thing called "mesh" that she told you to in the Creator Notes and Required tabs. When I first started I didn't know this requirement either, but, seeing as how everyone on here is asking the same thing, and this designer told us about it on TWO tabs including one labled "Required"...

All you have to do is also download and install that Required item and you will be good to go.

For future issues with that label, the other possible cause is if they said that you need an expansion pack and you don't have it. Then the mesh they used came from that expansion pack. (NOT the case on this one.)
