1- download the room and the required CC
2- unzip files
3- copy room files and paste them into your Tray catalog ([...]My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray)
4- put CC in the Mods folder

Oh, I love the red accents against the white-on-white walls and flooring - like poppies in snow. Great idea to use the shelves over the sliding doors. Your rooms are always simple yet sumptuous, they inspire Serenity. I feel like even toddler and teen drama can't penetrate this space. It is always a refuge.
