Ground floor - part of the communal:
- Toilets,
- staircase,
- A common room for organizing parties.

First floor:
Apartment - one level.
- Kitchen combined with a large living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms.

Second floor:
Penthouse - two levels.
I level:
- Hall, kitchen connected with large living room, 2 bathrooms.
Second level:
2 bedrooms, a small living room, large terrace with swimming pool.

And - Level -1
parking space for cars, examination room, fitness studio.
The house is tested, ready to play.

No used CC.

I have addition - Get to Work.
You must have last game patch to play this house.

To install this house into your game:
- download the house
- unzip files
- copy all 7 files and paste them into your Tray catalog ([...]My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray]

- I use "bb.moveobjects" code, so make sure that the fate install properly.
After entering the game, open the console bar , and enter the code: bb.moveobjects, then go to the plot, on of which you bet the house.
Only now you can download the house with your library in the Gallery.
Do not load the lot directly from the Gallery in your area when you are in Manage Worlds (map) because objects may disappear MOOD.

I used the cheat unlocking the career rewards.

@Yoru97 - I'm sorry you failed to put my house - in the game. These are old files from 2015. The house was built on a different game engine. Since then, the game has been updated many times, and many major changes have been made.The creators of the game, changed the game engine and moved the game to a 64-bit system. Therefore, old files may not be compatible with these changes.
