Design for a medium family, this contemporary villa has 3 bedrooms among which one furnished for toddler. It has an open concept kitchen with sunken sitting area. Its indoor swimming pool allows your Sims to refresh after the sauna and/or to exercise in the winter without freezing. Its music room and the separate conservatory grant them activities all year around.
Next to the conservatory there is an empty room for your Sims to turn it into whatever they require (laundry, guestroom...)
