My sims don't like the decoration, anyone knows why?

Hello!
i want to start off saying that the house is beautiful! from the pictures.
i took about 40 minutes or so do download and unzip everything. I added them all to the sims 4 tray. then i go into build mode and the gallery in the sims 4. I allowed cc and went to "lot", but the Malibu doesn't show up. Can someone please help me? i've been having trouble for an hour-ish.
