Magnolia this is a modern three-storey house with large terraces and a basement fourth floor.

There are two swimming pools, a place for gardening. On the steps you can go down to the basement floor, it is partially open to sunlight, there are a jacuzzi, a grill, a place for relaxation, all in the open space.
In an enclosed room in the basement are a gym, sauna and other items for Sims' hobbies.

The house has 3 bedrooms, one of them is a children's room. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen area, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and cozy places where Sims can relax.

To make the house look like in the screenshots, you need to download and install additional materials into the game. Read the notes of the creator.
