This home is for a family of 4 to 6 sims who like throwing a lot of house parties and Dinner parties . When you walk inside the house, there is a large dining area with a Bar. On the left, is the Master bedroom. On the right of the Dining area is a Family friendly Kitchen with Breakfast area. On the left of the Kitchen is Gardening room and on the front is a Hallway with Gaming tables which leads to a Beautiful Living room, Laundry room and Kids Play room and obviously the Backyard. The Backyard has a Grill and a Bar to enjoy Casual Parties and a Fancy Pool. On the other side of the Backyard is a big screen to have a Family movie night. Some Sitting area and a toddler pool to enjoy those summer nights.

Every bedroom has attached bathrooms.
