@OppyDip875: It should show up in cas if you remembered to download the mesh too. I am guessing you put the file into your mods folder. Did you also remember to enable mods in your game settings?
Also make sure your game is updated to the latest patch. Sometimes CC will not show up in outdated games or cracked games, since they usually aren't properly updated.
You can also sort your hairs in cas to show only custom content. it can be easier spotting the hair that way if you have a lot of stuff in there $\:\)$ If nothing of this helps, send me a message here on TSR or any of my social media sites (they are all listed on my profile) and i can help you figure out what is wrong $\:\)$
