You can wear this outfit at your workplace.
While in the game open the panel to enter a code. Ctrl + shift + c
Copy and paste this code in the white bar:
sims.modify_career_outfit_in_cas

You will be directed to the CAS to modify the appearance of your sims (when you are working). I've used it with no problems, however; When your sims are promoted, the game will assign them another particular suit for such work.
In that case, you now know how you can change the appearance of your sims again with this method, if you want to.

Please, do not modify these creations and avoid loading the file on another page.
