Thankyou, just what my Farm House needs! Here in the UK, we call these High Level toilets or more commonly, "Pull and Clank Toilets", due to the large iron bell in the cistern. Loads of houses over here have them, such as my house. We have a brick coal shed at the bottom of the garden and once you go through the door, suprise suprise the door to the toilet is right in front of you!
