If your sim is looking for a quiet country-side home or mountain-top vacation home, Wentworth Cabin is for you. The yard is very overgrown with mature flowers and trees, and there's a wonderful back deck off both the kitchen and master bedroom to relax on and enjoy the view. Yes, it's over 100 years old, and yes, it could definitely use a paint job (and probably new plumbing and kitchen appliances), but, heck, it's got tons of charm, and it's under $50K. Sure, your sim will probably have to roll up their sleeves and use some elbow grease, but in the end they'll have a charming little place to call home. The home is on a 30w x 20d lot, so there's lots of room to upsize (and put in a barn, or pool).
