V shape modern style home - left wing has 2 bedrooms 1 bath, right wing is a sunken master bedroom with raised master bath with sitting, dressing, pc area. Both wings meet in the middle to a sunken living room with main and backyard enterances. Stairs inbehind a mirrored wall lead to a full kitchen with bar and sitting area. The backyard has a pool with a plant hang over, play ground, Large (started) garden and bbq/sitting area. Front of the house has room for 3 cars and bikes with room for more. A large well manicured (fishing) pond is located in the center of the driveway.
Please note * In the sunken area's you will have to use moveObjects on/off to place or move furniture. I have play tested this house for a few days now with all the ups, downs and angles in the house it does play very well...Enjoy!
