Created for: The Sims 3

The Wild Swan is an old cottage which has been partly renovated. Due to financial problems my Sims couldn't finish the restoration work. Maybe your Sims will be luckier. They managed to refurnish 4 bedrooms and they equiped their home with a decent kitchen, they even got a stabble for their horse and built a swimming pool ( some people could think that this was not a priority...) but they left full parts of the cottage empty. As new owner, you could complete the job. Good luck and enjoy it !

PS: My Sims were planning to build training tracks for their horse. But they should extend their lot for that purpose. They might do it one day...
