Not everyone is gifted enough to be a mad scientist, but those who are deserves a house to fit them. This house has everything for such a person, even an atmosphere. The style is victorian/steampunk. Outside you have a maze veggiegarden, fishing pond and a observatory and a beautiful garden to get those crazy ideas. The main floor has reception areas for fund raising and parties, there is also a small study. 2nd and 3rd floor is the living quarters, with kitchen bathroom and bedroom. In the basement you have the laboratory for all the experiments you would do as a mad scientist. There&amp;acute;s also a decontamination room and a cool car.

This lot was made in Sun Valley on 120 Wright way, just so you get the slope right.

Note: you can easily convert some of the lower rooms to bedrooms if you need them.

no offence but if ure gnna decorate it with so many ea store items how are we possibly gnna make this lot work properly in our game lol. other than that, it's a nice lot really.

I can’t seem to place this lot properly, please help. Every time I place it on an empty lot, instead it being on a hill as intended, the house instead is on ground level, and the stairs leading down from the entrance and the whole facade gets buried in the ground, along with some other parts of the scenery, making the house inaccessible. Does anyone know how to go around this?
