A mansion furnished with a elegant shabby chic feel that features pool side entertaining, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, an open kitchen and dining area, and a garage. The garage also doubles as a man cave complete with a GTO Judge. If you only need one bedroom and bathroom feel free to do some remodeling and turn the second bed and bath into whatever your Sim needs.
