A Luxury Two Bedroom Condominium.

I designed this apartment with a successful single or couple in mind, but it is large enough for a family of four: there is an open living/dining room with fireplace and piano, a foyer with bar, half bath and laundry; two bedrooms, one full bath and a spacious, easy to use kitchen.

The multiple terraces expand your use of outdoor spaces: rooftop garden, your own private terrace with hot-tub; lower terrace with dance-floor and entertainment.

The building offers a gym (with showers), a game room, a pool, a garage and a banquet hall, as well as a private storage room in the basement for whatever your sim might want or need that doesn't fit in the apartment.
