Created for: The Sims 3

A magical dwelling inspired by a real cottage in the Tatra Mountains.

This lot was built at 53 Waterfall Way in Sunset Valley and is best placed there due to it's unusual size (36x47). Can also be placed on a 50x50 lot.

First floor has a kitchen, dining room, den, office, half bathroom and living room.
Second floor has a master bedroom, bathroom and loft office.
Basement has a boys' room, girls' room, play room, den, bathroom, utility room and alchemist's work room.

Outside is a mature garden and in the garage is the invention station and chemistry table.

Uses chimneys from the Brunch at the Old Mill set from the Sims 3 Store but they are not necessary (just delete the wall shelf they will revert to if not installed).
All other custom content installs with the lot.
