Are you a rising Star? This house is built for entertaining with everything from a party room and outdoor fun to spare bedrooms for all your guests. Two staircases give easy access to upper floors.
Main floor: Open concept kitchen, dining, living room, Vaulted ceilings in living room, Library with fireplace,
Gym, Sauna, Bathroom and 2 car garage.
2nd floor: Party area, sundeck with fireplace, 2 spare bedrooms and bathroom and Music/Band room.
3rd floor: Master suite including, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom.
Basement: Spare suite has bedroom, bathroom and tv area (could be for butler)
Outdoors: Pools, hot tub, BBQ area, Dance floor and DJ, Fire pit, lounging and fountains.

The TSR Creations below were used in this Creation.
MUST HAVE LATEST PATCH. Expansions used: Showtime, Late Night, World Adventures, Seasons and Generations. If you do not have these expansions, your game will replace the content with base game content. The one exception, if you do not have Generations, you will not have stairs in your house.
I've used shiny floors in the living room area which can be removed to make your game run faster.
Built by request for bobstpapst at 56 Lookout Peak Rd in Bridgeport (delete the park and place lot). This lot can be placed in other towns as well.
