Pinochle Elegance is a beautiful contemporary house situated at 2300 Pinochle Point (I cannot remember what town this is in but it should fit properly on any 30x30 flat lot). There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a decent-sized pool. And a nice kitchen for those culinary Sims. I would consider this a starter two-story home for those Sims' that just want something simple with an open floor plan on the main floor.
