This Lot is built at 15 Summer Hill Court in Sunset Valley. When Pets came out the empty lot was taken up by the Equestrian Center: copy the Equestrian Center to your Library, delete it from the town and place this lot there. I eliminated the central park on the hill (the one that the three lots are built around)and placed the Equestrian Center there. This lot was built using items from Base Game, WA, Ambitions, Generations, Pets, Late Night, Showtime and Seasons, as well as items downloaded from TSR.
