Third in the series of homes based on a real house with several skylights to let the sun in.

Mica is a family home that has a reversed layout plan, with the living and dining on the 2nd floor.
The master suite, children's room and bathroom are located through a walkway from the living room. Also enjoy the gym and hot tub with the pool extending inside and an office above the garage.
Outdoors you'll find a gorgeous large pool with access from the master suite and gym. There's a kid's playground and pool area at the back as well as fountains throughout.

Hi chemy was just wondering, do some of the custom content that you used in the houses you built come into my game when I download and install them? Because I realized when no custom content is used the file is smaller but when there is the file is bigger? Or what happens?\:\)
