KittyKat Grande: A magnificent 4-storey Victorian, based on a once grand Hotel, which - in turn - in an earlier life was reputed to have been a Cathouse [brothel].
Today, KKGrande is a family home . . with plenty of room for a growing family or for a multi-generational one. Broadly speaking, the ground floor is for day to day living.
Most of the splendid Hotel foyer has been retained, as have the wide hallways and curtained arches - and the furnishings and amenities have been chosen with modern comfort in mind, but also with an eye to the origins of the building. The living area is large and well equipped with seating and diversions, including TV, game table and a well stocked library. The kitchen is also spacious and connects to the separate dining room via a swing-door. The bathroom on this level is luxuriously appointed and contains both bath and shower. A full service laundry completes the room count for the ground floor. There is access to the wide rear verandah - and thus to the pool deck - from living, dining and kitchen areas. There is also a terrace with table and chairs at the front of the house, with access from the living room.
Internal access to the other floors is via both circular stair and elevator - thus catering for all age and health levels.
The first floor is shared by facilities for relaxation and for exercise. A well equipped gym, also contains a table-tennis setup; there is a separate electronic game room, as well as a single lane bowling alley. A cosy sittingroom and community bathroom round out the level. There is also a wide, wrap-around balcony and two smaller ones, all with either swing seating or 2-seater sofas.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms - 2 doubles a twin single and a single - sharing 2 bathrooms. Also on this level will be found a multi-purpose arts studio, and a music
room, both sharing back to back fireplaces. Rounding off the level, are two more balconies and an exterior stair leading to the upper deck.
Top floor: This is a semi-enclosed area with entertainment as it's sole function. There is a hot tub, dance floor with jukebox, bar, bubble machine and plenty of seating for quiet relaxation. The flat roof area could be utilised for a host of other entertainments, but could also be built up with little expense or exertion.
The grounds include swimming pool, with loungers and sun shelters, a separate pool with water slide for children. . and an old-fashioned clothesline if fresh air drying is preferred.
KittyKat Grande was built on a 30x30 lot created on the area at the end of Sunnyside Blvd., Sunset Valley. You will need to remove or demolish the current building before placing the new lot down. If this is not to your liking, it may be located elsewhere on any flat lot of suitable size

You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for KittyKat Grande.
