1st floor - one common kitchen area, dining room, living room. Bathroom. From the kitchen there is an exit to the summer kitchen with a grill.
2nd floor - 2 bedrooms, next to each bedroom has its own bathroom.
3rd floor - not furnished. There it is possible to equip one more octomate or use for hobbies.
There is a swimming pool. On the site there is a place for gardening, parking for one car and a joke for a boat.

Hi, what do you mean fully furnished? It is fully furnished, except for 3 floors. I always leave the 3rd floor unfurnished, because your Sims may need a place for hobbies or another room. It will depend on your gameplay). If you do not see all the furniture on the first and second floors, you may not have the necessary additions.
