Domino - a Spacious 3storey, 3bed/4bath contemporary home with a striking black and white exterior treatment.
Ground floor: Entry, livingroom and bathroom.
1st Floor: Kitchen, diningroom, games room, main bathroom, bedroom 2 [furnished for a boy with bunk bed and reptile terrarium]and bedroom 3 [furnished with bunk bed and dressing table for a girl]with a shared ensuite bath.
2nd Floor: Master bedroom and ensuite bath. Stargazers will appreciate the state-of-the-art telescope, which is set up on the balcony outside.
Other: The grounds include - Large swimming pool with diving board; exercise equipment; lounger seating; barbeque/meals seating; artist easel; firepit with seating; an All-In-One bathroom - and a children's play area with swing, water slide and treehouse. There are two vehicle parking areas at the front of the lot - and the vehicles are included in the pack.
Domino was built on the lot at 250 Redwood Parkway, Sunset Valley. It will re-locate to any flat lot of appropriate size.
