Originally designed for an elderly couple before they mysteriously dissapeared, this cozy little home is ready for newly-weds, older couples, or even just a single sim! It can also be easily edited to fit a family of 3 or 4.
This house is two stories tall. It contains:
1 (open) kitchen (fully equiped + table for 4)
1 living room (equipped with a tv, computer, phone, sofa, music player)
1 bathroom (fully equipped)
1 bedroom (fully equipped + computer, music player, hobby items)
2 porches
- Lower Porch (mailbox, garbage can, recycling bin)
- Upstairs Porch (love seat, bbq, table)
