Built for 2 artistic Sims, this 2 bedrooms home has a large open concept kitchen, an indoor balcony that overloohs the staircase, the indoor swimming pool as well as the piano area placed over the swimmingpool. Both are functionnals. One of your Sims can play the piano while the other is swimmig underneath. The fairly small size of this lot 20X30 makes it easy to place in any world.
