This small but shabby-looking two-floor stilt structure was done faithfully to almost hillbilly realism, having one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining, living room, and a very wide outdoor real estate. The wooden bridge, which connects the cabin to the banks is very old and creaky. So better watch out for those missing planks.

It is best recommended to place this over 57 Waterfall Way in Sunset Valley town, since, obviously, that's the only lot beside a waterfall.
