Created for: The Sims 3

This is a 1 bedroom, "''modern"'' starter with an open plan living/dining room and kitchen with basic starting items. Upstairs you may find an open plan bedroom that could easily be converted with a few walls into a double and single bedroom to accomodate a larger family. Outside you'll find a moderately decorated lot with room for a car (or two). Currently I've added a bicycle for an authentic starting look. It would also be very easy to redecorate according to your tastes.

Remember it's a 30/20 lot. Horizontal for best playability. Although you could use a larger one and end up with more room for a proper driveway.
