Created for: The Sims 3

This lot is a Community Pool/Park. I have it set as Small Park because more sims show up at this lot set as park rather than pool. Lot is 40x40 flat lot.

This lot has a waterfall flowing into the pool with a slide, diving board, pool waterfall your sims can play in, a lounge area, stereo, and buffet table

The park also contains two pavilions on each side of the pool. The first pavilion has a grill and picnic table. This pavilion also has a basement with bathrooms and a refrigerator. On this side of the park there is a hopscotch board, swing and bench. The second pavilion has a hot tub and bar. On this side of the park there is also a water slide, sprinkler. and bench.

This lot would also be great for your sims to throw an awesome pool party.
