Actually, a kiosk is a small, separated garden pavilion open on some or all sides.
But in the Western hemisphere and in English-speaking countries, a kiosk is also a booth with an open window on one or more sides. Some vendors operate from kiosks selling small, inexpensive consumables such as newspapers, magazines, lighters, street maps, cigarettes, and sweets. (Source:Wikipedia)
In Germany you can find this kind of booths in almost every city and town.

This community lot is tagged as a hangout, but you can use it as bar or park too. The lot can also be used as subway station.
You can put it on any 30X20 community lot you like.
