Howdy! This modern horse ranch is perfect for the equestrian lover and big families! This home was constructed away from the county road for privacy so there is a long driveway and a gate that leads to the entire fenced in property that has plenty of space for horses. When you walk through the front door, there is a modest living room with a fireplace for those cold Midwestern nights, directly adjacent to the living room is the modern kitchen with a dishwasher and trash compactor. Just off the kitchen is a stairway to the basement with a spare bedroom and it also leads to the large attached two car garage. Take a left in the living room and you'll go down a hallway to the main bathroom and two spare bedrooms and the master bedroom with a private bathroom. There is a huge barn in the back right corner of the property which has three horse stalls and a second floor for storage. I left the spare bedrooms empty so people can decorate them however they choose. :)
