Hi there. I just wanted to tell you what a great set your Estate Build Set is. I only found one minor problem which you probably already know about. The double front doors have a small gap between them. Not a biggie but thought you would like to know. Anyway it's a wonderful set and I'm already planning a mansion worthy of the items. Thanks again and keep up the great work. I'm Sims 1 long timer and new items are becoming harder to find. $\:\)$ $\:\)$

Greetings from Canada! I finally found out who made some of the objects that I shopping list for my designs! Your Small Town America set is fantastic! Your Carrington Hallway is just amazing! It looks like something right off of CityLine! (a designing program here in Canada based out of Toronto).
