Floorplan:

The main floor has the mastersuite with a dressingroom and big bathroom. Beside is the guest bathroom and separate toilet. The laundry is in the guest bathroom. Closer to the street, in the middle of the house is the Kitchen/Diner or familyroom. Facing the street is the diningroom. By the entrance is the downstairs livingroom.

On the other side of the entrance is the garage. I had bikes there, but they kept using them indoors and blocked their own path. In the previous big house it was a pain in the butt.

Behind the garage is a double bedroom ensuite, and 2 single bedrooms ensuite.

Upper Floor has on the left side 2 single bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. These share a bathroom. In the middle is the playroom or family livingroom.

On the other side of the playroom is a double bedroom with a toddler bed ensuite. You might have to replace the duel function bath/shower if it doesn’t work properly. EA introduced a bug and tried to fix it, but it still bugs up sometimes.

In the back corner is a double bedroom with 2 single beds, it’s own livingroom and a bathroom.
