Hi Philo, I have all the expansions, packs, kits etc. installed and guess what? I downloaded it again like you said and its shown up at last in my Gallery. I think initially i didn't put the files in the tray correctly which makes sense. I'm so glad as its such a beautiful house you designed with lovely rooms thank you again for your help
