The Lake House was built in Hidden Springs for my legacy family The Somerhalders. This two storey home has four bedrooms and two baths. The lot is a 50 X 25 and was placed in world at the end of Poplar Drive beside the Lemon Chateau. Pic provided to show placement. The main floor features an open concept design, with large kitchen, eat up counter, a full dining area, living area-tv and fireplace included. Off the kitchen, you will find the sun kissed master bedroom with full master bath complete with it's own fireplace. Want to watch tv outside? Well now you can on the upper deck, while you cuddle that special someone in front of the fireplace. The large lower deck is perfect for parties with the lake and mountain as your beautiful back drop. Upstairs you will find 2 children's bedrooms, plus a small nursery. Bathroom completes this floor. One car garage sits at the front of the lot with an already established garden behind it. Some playground equipment already installed. All it needs now is paintings and pictures on the walls. Make it your own!
