Humble apologies! It seems I had a senior moment when decorating this lot. My Angular Blossom pattern which is used in the master suite is unpublished at this time. GENERAL:
Sundowner is uniquely situated for multi- use . . ideal as a family home full time, or as a beach retreat - the gently shelving ocean beach is safe for swimmers of all levels, and perfect for simply paddling. [no, not in a kayak or canoe, although that also could be enjoyed - in this instance the reference is to that wonderful experience of walking along the water's edge, just scuffling in the ripples as they froth around your feet - this is what Aussies call 'paddling']. Sundowner would also be more than agreeable for retirees - plenty of space for visiting family - and they WILL come!

You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] or claim it as your own work . I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Showtime] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a game default item if you do not have the expansions. Such instances will not affect installation and play for Sundowner.
