Observatory is a compact 2-storey residence with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It was created for a young Sim family with a keen interest in the planets and constellations above them, but also with a firm connection to more down to earth matters!

The lower level contains entry and an open plan area which includes a small sittingroom/reception area and two research stations.
The floor above contains the main bedroom, a twin single bedroom, kitchen/dining and the bathroom with laundry included.

The rooftop observatory has three telescopes for optimum coverage. There is also a covered seating area adjacent to the stairwell, with a ham radio setup to keep in touch with other like-minded enthusiasts.

A sunken entertainment pavilion is located to one end of the lot, with self-contained barbeque facilities, meal and conversation seating.

Three parking spaces are located at the front of the lot, but there is no garage.

Observatory was built on the site at 100 Redwood Parkway, SV. It is a 25x30 Lot . . and requires no special treatment if relocating.
