Be careful when using counter table on the kitchen as your Sim might get stuck inside, you would be force to fix the counters manually and add one more counter table to squeeze it in the middle just so you could use the second chair. It would be longer just a bit than what it used to be but it's preferable if you don't want to have problem on your playthrough.

I know this post is a bit old but I'm just in love. You mention all the packs you have installed, but have you used any pack stuff in this build? I.E is it purely base game or does it include stuff from DLC?
