This historical home has two floors, a small balcony and a backyard where your sims can enjoy the nature or plant some vegetables or herbs.

On the second floor is a bedroom from where your sims can get to the balcony and watching the sun going down.

Its beautiful but there is only one bathroom and its on the 1st floor. So if a sim is on the 3rd floor I'm not sure they will make it if they have to go really bad. The fridge isn't accessible unless the tall cabinet is deleted. Otherwise its a really beautiful build.
