This 4 bedrooms house boat can accomodate up to 8 sims and their pets. The first floor has one large and two medium bedrooms. Partly under sea level, this floor offers a lot of space for leisure activities at the rear. On the second floor you can find an open concept kitchen-living area and an extra bathroom. (Not just an all-in-one).The top floor is the captain quarter with a bathroom and a large bedroom I left unfurnished for you to make fully yours.

Requires latest patch. I've used items from Island Paradise,Seasons,Generations,High-End loft,Outdoor living, University and Late night. I've used also EA store items, among which the ballet barre you can spot on some screenshots. You don't need to have all EP nor EA items mentionned to play this lot unless you wish it to look exactly like on the pictures.
If you want to redecorate the ground in the bedrooms on the first floor, you can't do it directly. First select the material and the color you wish outside the cabin ( on a small square on the outside deck for instance) and then bring it inside with the copy tool.
WARNING: If you place a carpet in one of the under sea level bedrooms and change your mind afterwards about it, you'll have first to remove part of the platform on the floor.

There is a warning about placing carpets on the sunken floor in the creator notes, it's the same with small objects. You can play with a pet, but you'll have to place the toybox on the 2nd or the third floor.
