Beauforte is a three storey, four bedroom residence with five bathrooms, perfect for a large family or a multi-generational one. It lists, among its features, 2 pools, undercover poolside entertaining with BBQ, bandstand rotunda with ham radio station, a games room/gym, gated play area for young children . . .and more. .. All interior travel between floors is via a centrally located lift.
Ground floor: light-filled entry - large lounge/sitting area with big-screen TV and built-in office space - modern kitchen and adjacent dining area with bar and table seating for 8. and a bathroom with access from two sides. Outside, there are three staircases originating on the pool deck - two give access to the large balcony onthe midlevel, the third opens into a small landing outside the main bedroom [also midlevel], but also with access to the main lift gallery if desired.
Outdoors: as mentioned, there are two swimming pools, one with dive board, with a rotunda between them. This small room has musical instruments, a dance floor and a ham radio. The ;outdoor' entertaining area is under the main roofline, on the pool deck and has full BBQ facilities, table seating for 16 and loungers. An all-in-1 bathroom services this area and there are plenty of table seating and loungers on balconies and deck. The private parts of the lot are fenced for security and plantings are low maintenace.
Beauforte was created on the 40x30 lot at 4 Beryl Court, Hidden Springs, but the save file and previews are on the 30x40 at 325 Oak Grove Road, Sunset Valley. . . so it is happy on a flat lot of either dimension.
Midlevel: Here are four bedrooms - 2 doubles, a twin single and a single with double bunk. Both the main and second bedrooms have ensuite baths, the single rooms share a bathroom. Also on this level is a small sittingroom with TV and coffee machine.
The master bedroom and sittingroom have entry points to the large balcony; the second bedroom has access to the small terrace facing the frontage, and the children's rooms are adjacent to the play area.
Top floor: only a small part of this area has been built up -it incorporates a game room with table tennis and eightball tables . . and an exercise corner.

Beauforte is a marcorse original work. It is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully up-to-date game. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed. Such replacements will not affect installation and play for Beauforte.
