Created for: The Sims 3

Ever wondered what it would be like to live in your old Jr. High or High School building? Well now you'll be able to find out! This old Junior High School has been renovated to fit several college students at a time. There are dorm rooms that fit up to three residence and some that fit two and for the privileged among us, there are two rooms with full kitchens that sleep only one! Every room on the top level has its own bathroom, the ones on the lower levels can use the upstairs public restrooms. On the first floor there are four shower rooms with lockers, an office and a lounge.
There are approximately 10 bathrooms in all and 10 living quarters. 4 shower rooms, one lounge, one office and two public restrooms on the second floor.
